In-store purchases - at Palm Bee, we want every piece you choose to feel perfect. We offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase to help you find something you truly love. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to offer refunds for change of mind.
Online purchases - Changed your mind? You can return clothing purchased online within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Exchanges are free and easy for orders delivered within Australia - if you'd like a different size or colour, simply visit our Returns Center
and follow the prompts. We'll email you a free prepaid return label, and once we receive your item we'll send your exchange out at no extra cost.
Prefer store credit instead? We also accept free-postage returns for store credit within the same 30 days - just follow the same prompts and we'll email your prepaid label. Free prepaid return labels are available for Australian orders only.
International orders - we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within the same 30 days, however return postage is at the customer's expense. Free prepaid return labels are not available for international orders. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
No returns on clearance or sale items.
Items must be returned in as-new condition - unwashed, unworn, no stains, marks or damage, with price tags attached. If an item is returned in anything other than brand-new condition (including tags attached), no credit can be issued. The garment must not smell of perfume, deodorant or laundry detergent. Proof of purchase is required.
Repack the item in its original bag, sealed tight, and send it back to us. Once we receive and check your return, we'll email your store credit (or send your exchange). Store credit is normally issued within 5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
We issue store credit or an exchange for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
