We are pleased to provide free shipping for fashion on all orders over $150 within Australia exclusively via the Australia Post eParcel service. Orders less than $150 will incur a $15 postage fee. All international orders are capped at $22 USD postage fee.
We make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered within the 2 to 7 working days window, any delay outside this specified time is outside our control. Please allow another 1 – 3 business days for deliveries to WA or outside of a metro area. We endeavour to deliver your purchase to you as soon as possible, and overseas orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days after they are shipped from our warehouse in Australia, please keep in mind that delays with customs may occur, altering this standard timeframe, which is beyond our control.

When shipping internationally, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All overseas customers are responsible for their own country's customs rates. By law, PALM BEE is required to disclose the entire dollar value paid on foreign shipments and to submit an invoice for customs if required. We suggest contacting your local customs office for further information on customs and tariff expenses. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. PALM BEE is prohibited to title any package as a “gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please contact PALM BEE within 10 days of placing your order so we may assist you as quickly as possible. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact PALM BEE immediately. If the outer package is damaged, please do not sign for your delivered goods as signing for your goods signals you are satisfied with the condition. PALM BEE will arrange to have the damaged items returned and either replaced or repaired. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.
