Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for incorrect size or change of mind.
Items must be returned in as new condition - unwashed, unworn, no stains, marks, price tags attached, damages etc. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition (including tags attached) no credit will be issued. The garment must not smell of perfume, deodorant, or laundry detergent. Proof of purchase is required. Complete the form on the back of your invoice or click HERE to print a new form.
Repack the items in the bag they arrived in ensuring the bag is sealed tight along with the completed returns form and post to: PALM BEE RETURNS PO BOX 1088 CAPALABA QLD 4157 Cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty returns are at the discretion of PALM BEE and governed under Australian Consumer Law. If you have received damaged goods, please refer to the PALM BEE shipping policy for further information.

PALM BEE does not offer refunds for change of mind on Furniture and Homewares. Our 30 Day refund is for fashion clothing only.
Refunds will be processed by PALM BEE’s head office and will normally be processed within 5 working days.
You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail notification.
This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory laws.
The refund method will follow specific to your payment method:
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund will be made on the same credit card use for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank.
PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund
AFTERPAY: if you make a return and a refund is granted, it will automatically be reflected in your payment schedule minus any fees charged to Palm Bee.
KLARNA: when you report your return your invoice may be paused. This allows time for the return to be registered by Palm Bee and your invoice to be updated accordingly. You will receive an email with updated payment information. Any refund will be issued minus any fees charged to Palm Bee.
APPLEPAY: when PALM BEE processes your refund, it will be returned to your payment card automatically. If you don't have the receipt, you will need to provide the payment card-specific device account number
If your order has been shipped outside of Australia, the tariffs and customs duty cannot be refunded by PALM BEE. Please understand due to hygiene purposes or company policy, PALM BEE does not refund on the following items: Earrings and jewellery Swimwear Lingerie or undergarments Gift cards
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:
• the goods are faulty beyond repair and are a major fault. If it is deemed a minor fault, Palm Bee have the right to repair or replace
• the goods are wrongly described
• the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
• the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
These consumer guarantees are implied into all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by a manufacturer.
Please note that goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. Please note that all care and consideration is taken when photographing products for our website and catalogue. Due to both manufacture circumstances (many of our items are hand made one at a time), lighting and photographic circumstances, the colours represented of products on our website and in catalogues may vary from actual product. Consumer Guarantees do not apply where PALM BEE’S reasonable opinion the goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, or the customer’s misuse, failure to use the goods in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, or the product demonstrates intrinsic characters (as seen with our display items in-store) which is what makes our products unique.
The benefits provided in this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates. The Warranty period commences from the date that the contract of sale is completed.
The period of the Warranty will be:
(a) 3 years for frames only for sofas, daybeds, chaise, and armchairs;
(b) 1 year for upholstered furniture including coverings and foam; and
(c) 1 year for all other products.
This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This is especially so for solid wood pieces. Every piece of wood has different grains and colours. Some pieces may have colour variances or blemishes or minor imperfections as well as movement between joints or as a whole piece. While every care is taken in the production process, these characteristics are common when working with solid timber. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes.
Exclusions: Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floorstock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product. In addition, this Warranty will not apply if:
(a) Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by PALM BEE.
(b) The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product or discussed at time of purchase.
(c) The customer uses the product in an abnormal manner for example if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, not maintained properly or used after partial failure.
(d) The product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to incorrect electrical supply or inconsistent electrical supply or used with inappropriate accessories.
(e) The product is tampered with in any way.
