What currency is used online?

When on the Australian site we operate using AUD and when on the USA site we operate using USD. You can view in the top right corner of the site what currency is being used.

Can I return items?

We happily accept returns and exchanges of items if they are requested within 30 days of the date your order was purchased or shipped. Please refer to our 30 day returns policy here for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order online you cannot cancel the order, nor can you cancel the order prior to dispatch at your request. To make a return please refer to our returns policy here.

I didn’t receive confirmation of my order?

Please ensure you’ve checked your junkmail. If you cannot locate it there, please send us an email and we’ll endeavour to locate your order status for you. When you create an account, you’ll be able to see a record of past purchases as well as order status.

What happens prior to a refund being granted?

Items must be returned in as new condition - unwashed, unworn, no stains or marks, price tags attached, no damages etc. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition (including tags attached) credit will be issued. The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant, or laundry detergent. Proof of purchase is required.
Upon receiving the items, PALM BEE will conduct a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to five (5) business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

What payment methods are accepted?

PALM BEE have 4 payment methods including two buy now, pay later options:
Pay Pal:
PayPal is an online payment system that allows paying for items online and sending and receiving money safely and securely. When paying with this method you will be directed to the paypal site to log in and then back to the PALM BEE site.
Apple Pay:
Apple pay is a contactless payment system via your iphone. You will pay via your Apple ID.
After Pay:
This interest free payment option is available on all Australian orders, when using this method of the amount of your order is evenly divided over 4 installations. When you use Afterpay for the first time, you’ll be required to pay for your first instalment upfront.
Klarna provides interest free short-term, point-of-sale loans for online and in-store purchases, so you can buy now and pay later. The amount of your order is evenly divided over 4 installations.

What if my goods are damaged in transit?

If any goods arrive damaged when delivered, please contact Palm Bee immediately thehive@palmbee.shop
Please provide an image of the garment and fault along with your order number in your email.
When receiving furniture or homewares, do not sign for your delivered goods if you are unhappy, as signing for your goods signals you are satisfied with the condition. PALM BEE will arrange to have the damaged items returned and either replaced or repaired. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging. Please refer to our shipping policy here for more information.

Can I exchange my item?

As we produce only a small number of items, we do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternative item or another size, please purchase the item and follow the return process for the initial piece. Please refer to our returns policy here.

How long after placing an order can I expect to receive my order?

We make every effort to ensure your product is delivered within the 3 to 7 working days window, any delay outside this specified time is outside our control. Please allow an additional 1 – 3 business days for deliveries to WA or outside of a metro area.
We endeavour to deliver your purchase to you as soon as possible, and overseas orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days after they are shipped from our warehouse in Australia, please keep in mind that delays with customs may occur, altering this standard timeframe, which is beyond our control.
